Teresa Lawrence and Tom Ramming, former NYS school superintendents, are recognized leaders in the educational consulting industry providing a variety of services to boards of education and school leaders.

Tom spent 32+ years in public education in positions including teacher, assistant superintendent for human resources, and superintendent. For 13 years, Tom served as the coordinator of the school leadership preparation program at the University at Buffalo. He is a recognized expert in PK-12 human resources, executive coaching, strategic staffing, labor relations and problem solving.

Together they have successfully led numerous superintendent searches, facilitated small and large stakeholder input sessions, conducted governance team and leadership workshops, and supported building and district initiatives.
